Actras provides a platform for educational institutions to manage sustainability programs with verified participation tracking. By using Actras, you agree to these terms.

Institutional Accounts

Actras is designed for institutional use. Organizations are responsible for managing user access and ensuring appropriate use within their institution. Each organization must designate at least one administrator.

Acceptable Use

• Use Actras only for legitimate sustainability program management
• Do not upload inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
• Maintain accurate participant information
• Respect the privacy of participants

Data Rights

Your institution retains ownership of all data uploaded to Actras. We process data solely to provide the service. You may export or delete your data at any time.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
